Privacy Policy

LipFlipFinder.com ("Lip Flip Finder") is operated by Living Savvy LLC ("we," "us"), 1800 NW 135th Ave, #106, Miami, FL 33182. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you get an offer code: your email address, the practice whose offer you requested (and its city and state), the date, and whether you checked the box to receive news. To prevent abuse we also keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address; we do not store the IP address itself.
- When you sign up for our newsletter: your email address and the date. We keep a hashed form of your IP address to prevent abuse, as above.
- When you contact us: your name, email address and message, so we can reply. To prevent spam we also keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address; we do not store the IP address itself.
- When you share your results: the photos and details you submit, and your email address so we can tell you when your submission is published. We show your photos only after we review them, on the page of the provider you named, with the details you choose to add. We don't ask for your name and never show your email. Each provider page shows at most two visitor submissions; when a newer one is approved, the oldest is removed. We remove hidden photo data, such as location, before your photo is shown. By submitting, you confirm that you are the person pictured or have their permission. We also record whether you allowed us to share your photo on our social media, and when. To have your photos removed, email info@lipflipfinder.com or use our contact form. When we remove a submission, we delete the photo files too.
- When you contact a provider or request a booking through the site: the details you enter. We keep a copy in our database and pass them to that provider.
- When you browse the site: anonymous counts of views of the home page, city pages and provider pages, and of taps on Call, Website, Get Directions, Claim and Get my code, including which website you came from (its domain only), as described under "Cookies, analytics and click counts" below.
- Business owners: the email address you use to claim or manage a listing, and the listing information you provide.
How we use it
- To email you the offer code you asked for.
- To send you one follow-up email about 3 weeks later asking how your visit went and inviting you to share before-and-after photos. We send this once per offer, and never after you unsubscribe.
- If you checked "Send me The Flip Side newsletter (tips and new providers near me)," or joined The Flip Side in the site footer, to send you our newsletter. This is always optional, and every issue has an unsubscribe link.
- When you join The Flip Side, to send you one welcome email. We keep a record that it was sent so you never get it twice.
- To show practices anonymous totals: how many people viewed their listing, tapped Call, Website or Directions, or requested their offer code. Practices never see your email address.
- To run, secure and improve the site, and to prevent spam and abuse.
Information about practices and their providers
Lip Flip Finder lists aesthetic practices. To keep listings accurate, we collect publicly available information from each practice's own website, such as its lip flip or Botox prices, whether it offers free consultations, the languages its staff speak, the products it offers, and the names and professional credentials of the providers it lists. We use an AI service (Google's Gemini) to read these websites. We show each of these facts with its source and the month we checked it, and information a practice gives us always replaces what we found on its website. We do not copy photos from practice websites.
If you are a practice or a provider and something about you on Lip Flip Finder is wrong, or you'd like your name removed, tell us through our contact form. We aim to correct or remove it within 30 days.
Offers
Offers are set by each practice, which is responsible for honoring them. Your code is shown on screen and emailed to you. We do not share your email address with the practice.
Lip Flip Finder does not provide medical advice, and a listing is not an endorsement. Please choose a licensed provider and discuss treatment with them.
Lip Flip Mirror
Lip Flip Mirror creates an AI-generated illustration from a photo you upload. It is for educational and entertainment purposes only and is not medical advice.
Your photo. Before anything is sent, your browser crops the photo to your face, so other people in the picture aren't included, and removes hidden photo data such as location. The face detection runs in your browser; nothing is sent to anyone for that step. We then send your photo to Google's Gemini service to create the illustration and to check it. Google keeps it for 55 days to detect abuse and does not use it for training; the same applies to the illustration. Google adds an invisible watermark (SynthID) to mark the illustration as AI-made. We use the photo only to create your illustration. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not keep any face data: your browser finds where your face is only to crop the photo, and that is never sent or saved. We do not store your photo or the illustration: our server discards both as soon as your result is sent to your browser, where they stay only until you close the page or start over. We never sell or share your photo for advertising. If you tap “Save my picture”, the image is made in your browser and saved to your device. It is not sent to us or stored by us.
Your email address. We ask for your email to confirm you are a real person and to limit the tool to one preview per person, plus one redo. We send you an email with a confirmation link. We keep your email, the time you gave your consent and how many previews you used and how many attempts failed that day for 24 months, then delete them. We do not link your email to your photo. If you join the waitlist, we keep your email until you have had your turn or ask to be removed, and we email you a personal link when a place opens. You'll receive The Flip Side newsletter only if you tick that box.
Keeping the tool free from abuse. We use Vercel's bot protection on the email form, and we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address to limit how often the tool can be used from one place. We do not store the IP address itself. We also keep anonymous monthly totals of previews, retries and failures, with no email or photo attached.
Who can use it. You must be 18 or older and upload only a photo of yourself.
Your choices. To have your email removed, contact us through the contact page.
Before-and-after photos
Practices can add before-and-after photos to their listing, and visitors can share their own results through Share Results. Each upload records what was agreed and when. We share a photo on our social media, such as Instagram and Facebook, only when the person who uploaded it ticked the box allowing it. When we share a practice's photo, we credit the practice. We remove a photo from the site and from our social media when the practice, or the person pictured, asks us by email at info@lipflipfinder.com or through our contact form. Lip Flip Mirror illustrations are never used as before-and-after photos.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed under "Services we use" below, and when required by law.
Services we use
We share information only with the service providers below, and only so they can provide their service to us: Vercel, which hosts the website; Supabase, which stores our database and handles sign-in for business owners; Resend, which sends our emails and keeps The Flip Side subscriber list; Stripe, which processes payments for paid listings on its own secure checkout page; Google, which serves provider photos on listing pages, whose Gemini service reads practice websites for us, and which creates Lip Flip Mirror illustrations; and Mapbox, which provides the optional map on city pages. Each handles information under its own privacy policy.
Cookies, analytics and click counts
We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and we do not use third-party analytics services. Visitors browsing the site get no cookies from us. Business owners who sign in to manage a listing get a sign-in cookie that keeps them logged in; it is removed when they sign out. People who confirm their email for Lip Flip Mirror get a cookie that lets them create their preview; it expires after 24 hours.
To show practices how much interest their listing gets, and to improve the site, we count a few actions: viewing the home page, a city page or a provider's page, and tapping Call, Website, Get Directions, Claim or Get my code. Each count records the action, the page (and, for a listing, the listing and its city), the time, the website you came from (its domain name only, such as google.com, or "direct"; never the full address or anything you searched for), and a random identifier kept in your browser tab's session storage (not a cookie; it is deleted when you close the tab) so that repeated views and taps are counted once. We do not record your IP address, name, email or any other information that identifies you with these counts, practices see only totals for their own listing, and we delete the counts after 24 months.
Some content comes from other services, which receive your IP address and standard browser information when they load: provider photos are served by Google, and the optional map on city pages is provided by Mapbox, which collects usage data under its own privacy policy. Businesses that pay for a listing do so on Stripe's secure checkout page, which is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
Unsubscribing
Every follow-up and news email has an unsubscribe link, and most mail apps also show their own unsubscribe button. Once you unsubscribe we stop all follow-up and news emails to that address. If you later request a new offer code, we will still email you that code, since you asked for it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. We will delete it unless we must keep part of it for a legal reason, and we will tell you if that applies. You can stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by asking us; unsubscribing stops The Flip Side and all follow-up emails to that address. Where we rely on your consent, for example for the newsletter or a photo you shared, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn't affect what we did before. If you withdraw consent for a shared photo, we remove it from the site and delete the photo files. To make a request, email info@lipflipfinder.com or use our contact form and tell us the email address it is about. We may ask you to confirm that the address is yours before we act. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information while it is needed for the purposes above. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, contact us.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information: connections to the site are encrypted, access to our database is restricted, and we store a one-way scrambled form of IP addresses rather than the addresses themselves. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update it here and change the effective date above.
